Privacy policy

Last updated 22 August 2026. This page is written in plain English and is provided in English only.

Who we are

ADR Finance Group Ltd (“ADR”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal information described here. We are registered in Scotland, company number SC900013, at West Baldridge Farm, Dunfermline KY12 9NS.

If you have any question about your data, email info@adrfinancegroup.co.uk or call 07401 649706.

What we collect, and why

When you send the contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, your email address, your phone number (if you add it), how you’d like us to reply, and whatever you write in the message. We use this only to answer your enquiry and, if you go on to become a client, to provide the accounting services you ask for.

The lawful bases we rely on are: your consent when you send an enquiry; taking steps at your request before entering a contract; and, once you are a client, performing our contract with you and meeting our own legal obligations (for example, tax and anti-money-laundering rules).

Who handles your message

Our contact form is delivered by Netlify (Netlify, Inc.), which processes the form submission on our behalf and passes it to us by email. Netlify acts as our data processor under a data-processing agreement and only handles your message to deliver it. You can read Netlify’s own privacy terms on their website.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.

AI assistant (“Agnieszka”)

This site offers an optional AI assistant called Agnieszka, powered by ElevenLabs (ElevenLabs, Inc.). It is a computer program, not a member of staff, and it says so. If you choose to use it, the questions you type or speak are sent to ElevenLabs to generate a reply, and the conversation may be recorded and processed to answer you and to improve quality. ElevenLabs acts as our data processor for this. Using it is entirely optional; it only listens to your microphone after you choose to start a voice chat, and you can close it at any time. If you ask it to arrange a call-back, the contact details you give are emailed to us the same way a contact-form enquiry is. Please don’t give it your National Insurance number, HMRC login or other sensitive details. You can read ElevenLabs’ own privacy terms on their website.

Cookies and this website

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores two small preferences in your browser’s local storage — your chosen theme (light or dark) and your chosen language — so the site remembers them on your next visit. These stay on your device and are not sent to us. If a map or other embedded service is added later, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry doesn’t lead to us working together, we keep your message only as long as we need to deal with it, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as the law requires us to (tax and anti-money-laundering rules generally mean several years), then securely dispose of them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

  • show you the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct anything that’s wrong;
  • delete it, where we’re not required to keep it;
  • restrict or object to how we use it;
  • receive a copy in a portable format; and
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on it.

To do any of these, email info@adrfinancegroup.co.uk. We’ll respond within one month.

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please tell us first and we’ll try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top.
